Board of Directors
The Quoted Companies Alliance is governed by an Executive Committee, which is made up of the QCA's Directors who are elected by the members for a three year term. The Committee meets monthly to set the organisation's strategy and determine what key issues should be taken forward by the relevant technical committees.
President (Honorary Position): Brian Winterflood
Brian Winterflood is the Quoted Companies Alliance’s President, an honorary position, and has held this post from January 2010.
Chairman (Honorary Position): Fiona Kelsey
Fiona Kelsey is Chairman of the Quoted Companies Alliance and is an Audit Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She has held the honorary position of Chairman since October 2010.
Deputy Chairman (Honorary Position): Paul Clarke
Paul Clarke is Deputy Chairman of the Quoted Companies Alliance and was until recently, Finance Director of Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC having joined them in 1991.
Treasurer (Honorary Position): Paul Watts
Paul Watts is the QCA's Treasurer and is a Partner at Baker Tilly. Paul has been Treasurer since October 2010.
Chief Executive: Tim Ward
Tim Ward is Chief Executive of the QCA, responsible for developing the strategy and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation.
Andy Brough
Andy Brough is Co-Head of the Pan European Small and Mid Cap team at Schroders, based in London.
Anthony Carey
Anthony Carey is a partner in Mazars LLP and a member of the Financial Reporting Review Panel.
Jonathan Eardley
Jonathan Eardley was a founder member of QCA. He is a partner in Share Witness, providing expert witness services in the investment sector matter and is senior partner of Share Resources.
Michael Higgins
Michael Higgins was a Partner at KPMG until 2006 and now acts as a Senior Adviser to the Corporate Finance Department on public company matters.
Harry Hyman
Harry Hyman is a chartered accountant and corporate treasurer. He is the founder and managing director of Primary Health Properties PLC, a listed company that specialises in the ownership of property leased on a long-term basis to healthcare providers.
Rob Collins
Rob Collins qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand and joined the corporate finance department of Beeson Gregory in 1997.
Paul Lee
Paul Lee is a Director at Hermes Equity Ownership Services, with overall responsibility for EOS’ engagement internationally on public policy and best practice.
Jeremy Landau
Jeremy Landau is a senior corporate partner at the international law firm K&L Gates LLP.
Ash Mehta
Ash Mehta has extensive experience in commercial and finance roles for multinational and growth companies.
Katie Morris
Katie Morris has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry and working at the London Stock Exchange.
Julian Palfreyman
Julian Palfreyman is currently Chief Executive of Winterflood Securities and was a founding director in 1988.
Donald Stewart
Donald Stewart is a partner in the London office of international law firm Faegre & Benson LLP.
Theresa Wallis
Theresa Wallis has worked most of her career in the financial services sector, moving into the technology commercialisation sector in 2001.
Gervais Williams
Gervais Williams is currently Managing Director at MAM Funds plc and has been an equity portfolio manager since 1985.

This guide supersedes the QCA's Corporate Governance Guidelines for AIM Companies (February 2007) and Guidance for Smaller Quoted Companies - The Combined Code on Corporate Governance (August 2004). It has been updated to incorporate recent revisions to the UK Corporate Governance Code and to make these guidelines relevant to AIM and PLUS quoted companies, as well as standard listed companies.
