The Quoted Companies Alliance is governed by an Executive Committee, which is made up of the QCA's Directors who are elected by the members for a three year term. The Committee meets monthly to set the organisation's strategy and determine what key issues should be taken forward by the relevant technical committees.
Brian Winterflood is the Quoted Companies Alliance’s President, an honorary position, and has held this post from January 2010.
Fiona Kelsey is Chairman of the Quoted Companies Alliance and is an Audit Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She has held the honorary position of Chairman since October 2010.
Paul Clarke is Deputy Chairman of the Quoted Companies Alliance and was until recently, Finance Director of Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC having joined them in 1991.
Paul Watts is the QCA's Treasurer and is a Partner at Baker Tilly. Paul has been Treasurer since October 2010.
Tim Ward is Chief Executive of the QCA, responsible for developing the strategy and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation.

Jonathan Eardley was a founder member of QCA. He is a partner in Share Witness, providing expert witness services in the investment sector matter and is senior partner of Share Resources.
Michael Higgins was a Partner at KPMG until 2006 and now acts as a Senior Adviser to the Corporate Finance Department on public company matters.
Harry Hyman is a chartered accountant and corporate treasurer. He is the founder and managing director of Primary Health Properties PLC, a listed company that specialises in the ownership of property leased on a long-term basis to healthcare providers.
Rob Collins qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand and joined the corporate finance department of Beeson Gregory in 1997.
Paul Lee is a Director at Hermes Equity Ownership Services, with overall responsibility for EOS’ engagement internationally on public policy and best practice.
