Paul Watts is the QCA's Treasurer and is a Partner at Baker Tilly. Paul has been Treasurer since October 2010 and has been a member of the QCA Executive Committee since 2009.
Paul is a Corporate Finance Partner at Baker Tilly in London. He has been with Baker Tilly (and its predecessor firms through various mergers) since 1985.
He is a specialist in AIM transactions, both in the UK and overseas, in a variety of market sectors. He also has extensive experience of acquisitions, investigations and due diligence assignments carried out for clients, bankers, venture capitalists and other providers of finance
Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a member of the Securities Institute. Paul's capital markets experience includes working with listed companies in both audit and reporting accountant roles. His AIM work includes international transactions in China, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Israel and the USA. Paul is a member of the QCA Financial Reporting Committee and he has spoken about AIM at road shows in India, the Middle East, UK and the USA.
