Donald Stewart
Donald Stewart is a partner in the London office of international law firm Faegre Baker Daniels LLP. Donald specialises in advising on corporate law and the legal aspects of corporate finance. He has over 20 years experience in advising public companies, having started his legal career in the city advising on IPOs on the Unlisted Securities Market (the forerunner of AIM). Donald was Chairman of the Quoted Companies Alliance between October 2007-2010. Previously he was Chairman of the QCA Legal Committee and is the QCA’s representative on the legal committee of EuropeanIssuers.
