QCA response to the FTSE UK Index Series Users Consultation Paper

The Quoted Companies Alliance has responded to FTSE UK Index Series Users consultation paper, which explores the free float threshold for UK incorporated companies.The Quoted Companies Alliance included in its response, that FTSE should apply a minimum free float threshold of 25% for all UK incorporated companies when determining eligibility for inclusion in all the FTSE UK index series, except for the FTSE 100 Index. For the FTSE 100, there should be a a minimum free float threshold of 50% of all UK incorporated companies.
