QCA Response to the FSA's Listing Regime Review - Final Policy Statement and Minor Consultation

2nd December 2009

The QCA Markets and Regulations Committee responded to the Financial Services Authority's (FSA) minor consultation on pre-emption rights for overseas Premium Listed companies and requiring equity shares to be admitted to trading on a regulated market, if they are to be admitted to the Official List.  This consultation resulted from amendments to the Listing Regime that introduced a Standard Listing segment.

QCA Response to CESR - Use of a Standard Reporting Format for Financial Reporting of Issuers

The QCA Financial Reporting Committee responded to the Committee of European Securities Regulators' (CESR) consultation calling for views on requiring issuers, admitted to trading on a regulated market, to use a standard reporting format for financial information, such as XBRL.

QCA Response to the European Commission's Proposals on the Prospectus Directive
