Corporate Finance Advisors

The QCA Corporate Finance Advisors Committee deals with issues that affect the primary markets for small and mid-cap quoted companies. It was originally set up in 2004 to deal with the specific issues faced by AIM companies and has now broadened its remit to represent corporate finance issues on all markets for smaller quoted companies.

The Committee is currently working on:

  • Promoting its recently published guidance booklet, Are You Ready?  A Brief Guide to a Company Aspiring to Go Public (May 2010).
  • Examining why smaller quoted companies do not take advantage of non-bank lending avenues, such as using quoted debt instruments for financing needs.
  • Reviewing how to improve the Qualified Executive (QE) and NOMAD approval regime.
