The QCA Corporate Finance Advisors Committee deals with issues that affect the primary markets for small and mid-cap quoted companies. It was originally set up in 2004 to deal with the specific issues faced by AIM companies and has now broadened its remit to represent corporate finance issues on all markets for smaller quoted companies.

The QCA Markets and Regulations, Legal and Corporate Finance Advisors Committees assisted in preparing the QCA's response to HM Treasury's consultation on 'A New Approach to Financial Regulation: Judgement, Focus and Stability', which discusses the future of the UK Listing Authority.
The QCA Corporate Finance Advisors Committee responded to HM Treasury's discussion paper on non-bank lending, which explores why mid-sized companies do not issue corporate bonds and generally do not consider non-bank lending finance.
The QCA Corporate Finance Advisors' Committee and the Share Schemes Committee responded to the London Stock Exchange's AIM Notice 35 – Proposed AIM Rules for Disclosure of Directors’ Remuneration and Electronic Communication with Shareholders.
The QCA Corporate Finance Advisors and Legal Committees examined this consultation from the London Stock Exchange on proposed new AIM rules for investing companies and other changes.
