Legal

The QCA Legal Committee is responsible for reviewing all changes to Company Law, as well as checking the detailed wording of the various regulations to ensure that they do not disadvantage small and mid-cap quoted companies.

The Committee is currently working on:

  • Developing an outline of what should be included in a 'proportionate prospectus', as described in the Prospectus Directive Review, and producing a document to send to the Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR).
