QCA response to HM Treasury's consultation on early implementation of Prospectus Directive amendments
The Quoted Companies Alliance's Legal Committee responded to this consultation on the early implementation of certain amendments to the Prospectus Directive, including raising the fundraising threshold above which a company has to produce a prospectus from €2.5m to €5m and the exemption for offers to fewer than 100 to 150 persons. We fully supported HM Treasury's effort to bring these two key changes in as early as possible.
