QCA Response to HM Treasury's and BIS's consultation on financing a private sector recovery
The various QCA committees assisted in preparing this response to HM Treasury and the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS)'s consultation on Financing a private sector recovery (also known as the Business Finance Green Paper). We suggest a number of proposals, surrounding investor enablement, improving access to non-bank finance, greater transparency and incentivising stakeholders and shareholders, all aiming to improve the provision of finance to the small and mid-cap quoted sector.
