Corporate Governance Roundtable

The Quoted Companies Alliance and Capita Company Secretarial Services are holding their next roundtable discussion for directors and company secretaries of smaller Main Market and AIM companies.

The discussion will consider the practical impact of recent corporate governance developments in the areas of:

• Diversity
• Narrative reporting
• Pensions
• EU consultations
• Risk management

The event will be focused on small group roundtable discussions, which will be facilitated by members of the QCA Legal and Corporate Governance Committees, Capita Company Secretarial Services and Crowe Clark Whitehill, together with a pensions expert from Capita Fiduciary.

The seminar will be held at the Apex Hotel, London, EC3. The session will be followed by drinks until 8pm with the opportunity to network with your peers from other companies and our facilitators.

This seminar is CPD accredited and is free for QCA Members and Capita Clients or £100+VAT for non-members.
