Our Corporate Finance Expert Group deals with issues that affect the primary markets for small and mid-size quoted companies.

The Group is currently working on:

  • Examining why small and mid-size quoted companies do not take advantage of non-bank lending avenues, such as using quoted debt instruments for financing needs.
  • Reviewing how to improve the Qualified Executive (QE) and NOMAD approval regime.
