The Quoted Companies Alliance Corporate Finance Advisory Group has responded to the FSA's latest quartley consultation paper, focussing on PDMR transactions and the guidance on the role of brokers.
The Quoted Companies Alliance Corporate Finance Advisory Group has responded to the FSA's latest quarterly consultation paper, focusing on PDMR transactions and the guidance on the role of brokers. The consultation is drawing up opinions on the FSA's analysis of PDMR. The Quoted Companies Alliance feels that there is significant confusion around this area as the UK Listing Authority appears to be adopting a different treatment for inside information in a particular case. The Quoted Companies Alliance highlighted some areas to which the FSA should be focusing on and analyse before taking the rule changes any further.
