The Quoted Companies Alliance Financial Reporting Committee and Corporate Governance Committee have responded to Financial Reporting Council consultation paper on Cutting Clutter, which explored the improvement of the quality in reporting its annual reports.
The Quoted Companies Alliance Financial Reporting Committee and Corporate Governance Committee have responded to Financial Reporting Council consultation paper on Cutting Clutter, which explored the improvement of the quality in reporting its annual reports. The Quoted Companies Alliance included in the response the need for a proportionate approach for small and mid-cap quoted companies, the need to tackle issue of "boiler-plating" annual reports and the development of short behavioural aids to be used in the preperation of annual reports.
