The QCA Legal Committee provided input into the European Securities and Markets Authority's call for evidence on the amending Directive to the Prospectus Directive. This covers what information should be included in a proportionate prospectus for some preemptive offers and offers by SMEs and companies with reduced market capitalisations.
The QCA Legal Committee provided input into the European Securities and Markets Authority's call for evidence on the amending Directive to the Prospectus Directive. This covers what information should be included in a proportionate prospectus for some preemptive offers and offers by SMEs and companies with reduced market capitalisations. We responded with detailed proposals of what should be included in a proportionate prospectus in these circumstances and stressed the need for prospectuses to be clear and concise.
