About the Member Forums
The Member Forums are areas where QCA members can discuss issues currently affecting their company (either by name or anonymously) and receive feedback on them from other members.
Currently, we have two forums:
- The Finance Directors' Forum, in which finance directors of QCA corporate members can join and discuss issues affecting them and their companies, such as changes to accounting standards, tax or general reporting filings and much more.
- The Non-Executive Directors' Forum, in which NED's of QCA corporate members can join and discuss issues affecting them and their companies, such as corporate governance, reporting, investor relations and much more.

Directors' Lunch Club 2012

Corporate Governance Guidelines for Smaller Quoted Companies (September 2010) - Downloadable PDF
This guide supersedes the QCA's Corporate Governance Guidelines for AIM Companies (February 2007) and Guidance for Smaller Quoted Companies - The Combined Code on Corporate Governance (August 2004). It has been updated to incorporate recent revisions to the UK Corporate Governance Code and to make these guidelines relevant to AIM and PLUS quoted companies, as well as standard listed companies. This is a downloadable PDF.
