Year of Corporate Governance Forum

Save the date: Tuesday 12 June 2018

Changes to the Financial Reporting Council's UK Code and the QCA code are being made this year, corporate governance is both in the media and on the political agenda. How companies address this important issue whilst keeping every stakeholder in mind is a challenge which we look to explore at our Corporate Governance Forum. As part of our year of corporate governance we are holding this forum to highlight and discuss the challenges faced by company directors when engaging with investors on this ever present subject.

The forum provides an environment for company directors of pre-IPO and quoted companies to hear from experts in the field of corporate governance, and also gives you the opportunity to ask them your questions. The forum will give you the latest updates and opinions on implementing and communicating key corporate governance principles for any quoted company.

Our headline sponsors for the event are Allenby Capital and Winterflood Securities Limited with supporting sponsor Jordans Limited.

Taking place in the afternoon of Tuesday 12 June 2018 at Haberdashers' Hall in London. The forum will then be followed by a great social and networking opportunity at our annual members' reception.

Further details on topics and speakers will be announced shortly, but if you would like to register your interest to attend please email events@theqca.com

We would like to thank our Year of Corporate Governance Gold Sponsors; Allenby Capital, Winterflood Securities Limited and London Stock Exchange.

With thanks also to our Year of Corporate Governance Sponsors; Jordans, BDO UK LLP, Blake Morgan, Crowe Clarke Whitehill, Downing LLP, Hayesmacintyre, Link Asset Services, Mattioli Woods PLC, Norman Broadbent Group, Prism Cosec, RSM, Shore Capital, Stifel, Strand Hanson, Wedlake Bell, WH Ireland and YouGov PLC.
