Join us at the QCA Annual General Meeting
14th September 2011
Members of the Quoted Companies Alliance are invited to join us at the Annual General Meeting, taking place on Tuesday 4 October 2011 at 5:30pm at the London office of Brewin Dolphin Limited. Following the formal proceedings, there will be a drinks receptions where members will get the chance to meet others involved in the organisation and celebrate the past year's work.
Formal notice, proxy and questions forms, and the accounts were sent to members last week by email. If you would like to attend the AGM or need any additional information, please contact Chris Stapeley.

The Quoted Companies Alliance and Capita Company Secretarial Services are pleased to annouce the next roundtable discussion in its bi-annual programme for directors and company secretaries of smaller Main Market and AIM companies.
Directors' Lunch Club 2012

This guide supersedes the QCA's Corporate Governance Guidelines for AIM Companies (February 2007) and Guidance for Smaller Quoted Companies - The Combined Code on Corporate Governance (August 2004). It has been updated to incorporate recent revisions to the UK Corporate Governance Code and to make these guidelines relevant to AIM and PLUS quoted companies, as well as standard listed companies. This is a downloadable PDF.
