PLC publishes new resources for company secretaries and on governance

Practical Law Company has published two new resources that should prove helpful to both companies and their advisors.

First is a collection of all PLC materials relevant to company secretaries, which includes toolkits, news updates, links to companies house forms and consultation trackers.

Second is an annonated version of the UK Corporate Governance Code, which sets out the full text of the Code and contains links to, and summaries of, other relevant best practice codes and guidance, including those of the ABI, FRC, NAPF, PIRC, GC100 and ICSA guidance, the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Listing Rules and PLC know-how.

If your company/firm does not have subscription to PLC, you can always register for a free trial.
