It has been updated to incorporate recent revisions to the UK Corporate Governance Code and to make these guidelines relevant to AIM and PLUS quoted companies, as well as standard listed companies. Premium listed companies will also find this outcome-oriented guide useful. The new guide combines the content of both the previous guides and has been revised to focus on the outcomes of corporate governance.
