This membership option is for firms that deliver professional services to quoted companies, including lawyers, corporate finance advisors, brokers, institutional investors, accountants, registrars and investor relations services.

Our advisor members are the think-tank of the QCA and benefit greatly from the close links they develop with our corporate members, helping them to further understand the needs and issues these companies are facing in the sector. Supporting the QCA is also a fantastic way for advisors to demonstrate to clients that they are giving something back to the small and mid-cap community.

Free and reduced copies of our guidance booklets that are written in an easily digestible form and especially for small and mid-cap quoted companies. Members receive a free set of our guidance booklets (and a free copy of every new guide published).

Attendance at free seminars designed for our advisor members throughout the year on market issues and how they specifically affect the small and mid-cap quoted company sector.

Full access to our website, including helpful resources in our Information Centre and our Member Forums, where you can discuss issues affecting the sector with your peers.

Our monthly and quarterly newsletters keep you abreast of topical issues affecting the sector.

Networking

Attendance at our prestigious networking events, such our annual summer reception (held at the top of the Gherkin in June 2010 and the House of Lords in 2009). These provide a fantastic setting in which quoted company directors, our advisor members, and key decision-makers in the small and mid-cap community can network.

Membership provides you with the opportunity to attend our Annual Dinner, which is widely regarded across the City as one of the not-to-be-missed networking events of the year.

In 2011, we are planning more events for advisors with prominent speakers from the sector to help different types of advisors network with each other, discover what is on each other’s agendas and understand how they can work together for mutual benefit and the benefit of sector.

Hosting Corporate Member Events

We help our advisor members to meet quoted companies by partnering with them to host joint events in their offices which facilitate networking opportunities. Our advisor members who take up this opportunity regard the events they host as key events in their business calendar.
