Andrew Griffith MP, Economic Secretary to HM Treasury

Andrew is the Economic Secretary to the Treasury and City Minister. He is a former senior business executive and investor who now sits in the UK Parliament. He served on Sky's Board of Directors from 2008 until 2019, being the youngest FTSE100 Chief Financial Officer on his appointment. In July 2019, Andrew was appointed as the PM's Chief Business Adviser and from February-July 2022 he was the Minister for Policy and Head of the 10 Downing Street Policy Unit.

Julia Hoggett, Chief Executive, London Stock Exchange plc

Julia joined the London Stock Exchange plc as CEO in April 2021. Previously, Julia was at the Financial Conduct Authority as Director of Market Oversight, overseeing the conduct of market participants. Prior to this, she was a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, running various fixed income origination businesses in EMEA. Julia was previously a Board Member and CEO of DEPFA ACS BANK in Ireland.

Sarah Rapson, Deputy Chief Executive & Executive Director, Supervision, FRC

Sarah joined the FRC as Executive Director Supervision in September 2021. From 2016-21, Sarah was the Director of Authorisations at the Financial Conduct Authority. From 2013-16, Sarah was a member of the Home Office Board, as the first Director General of UK Visas and Immigration - responsible for overseas visas, in-country immigration, and asylum. Sarah was Chief Executive of the Identity and Passport Service (now HM Passport Office) from 2010-13 and in 2010 was also appointed by Her Majesty the Queen as the 20th Registrar General for England and Wales, responsible for Civil Registration, a post she held until 2014.

Archie Norman, Chairman, Marks & Spencer

Archie has a breadth of retail experience with an extensive track record in business change and value creation. He was instrumental in transforming a number of major British businesses including Kingfisher, Asda and Energis. He has also served as Chairman of ITV, Hobbycraft and Lazard UK and was the Lead Director at the Department of Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy from 2016-2020. He was the first and only FTSE 100 Chairman to be elected a Member of Parliament, where he served for eight years.

Tulip Siddiq MP, Shadow Economic Secretary to the Treasury

Tulip Siddiq MP is the Shadow Economic Secretary to the Treasury and has served as MP for Hampstead and Kilburn since 2015. Her shadow ministerial role covers banking and financial services regulation, financial conduct and City competitiveness. Tulip is also a passionate campaigner for early years education, mental health and flexible working. She led the campaign to free her constituent Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe from imprisonment in Iran.
