Our Share Schemes Expert Group contributed to our response to HMRC's consultation on Internationally Mobile Employees (IMEs) and Earnings Related Securities (ERS). We generally supported the proposed measure as it introduces clarity to the rules in line with the recommendations put forward by the Office of Tax Simplification.
