Directors’ Knowhow: QCA member policy update (May 2025)
This month, we provide insights on the QCA's research into the increasing length of annual reports, as well as our Audit for Growth report. We also review the Mansion House Accord, the Pension Investment Review's final report, the FRC's supporting guidance for navigating the audit process, the FRC's 2024/25 review of digital reporting, UKEB's adoption of amendments to IFRS 9 and IFRS 7, Korn Ferry's new AIM directors' remuneration guidance, and an FCA speech on risk and growth. In addition to this, we also discuss the QCA's recent consultation responses.
