In this new report, the QCA and UHY Hacker Young have analysed the governance disclosures of 50 small and mid-sized quoted companies and interviewed a number of small & mid-cap investors to investigate:

• How small and mid-sized quoted companies have responded to COVID-19
• How investors examine corporate culture
• What investors want to see in 2021 from companies in relation to ESG, remuneration and general governance disclosures
