The first panel of corporate governance experts has been announced for our Corporate Governance Forum, which takes place on the Tuesday 12 June in London. The panel of speakers will cover the QCA Corporate Governance Code and explain the principles and disclosures from the latest version due to be published next month. Our speakers are:

  • Chair: Will Pomroy, Lead Engager, Small-Caps, Hermes Investment Management & QCA Corporate Governance Expert Group Chair
  • Tracy Gordon, Director, Corporate Governance, Deloitte LLP
  • Bob Beveridge, Portfolio Non-Executive Director, Brady plc
  • Nick Naylor, Chief Executive, Allenby Capital

This panel will set out the practical use of the code and how it can be used by small and mid size quoted companies and particularly AIM companies as a requirement of AIM Rule 26. A second panel looks at how a variety of stakeholders use this information when making or influencing investment decisions. Find out what you should be including in your company's annual report and website and how this information can be used to judge your corporate governance behaviour.

Our event headline sponsors are Allenby Capital and Winterflood Securities Limited and our supporting sponsor of the forum is Jordans.

This event is for company directors or company secretaries of pre-IPO and quoted companies. For more details and to book your place click here
