We now disclose those companies that say they follow the 2023 Code but have not bought a copy of it.
For non-member companies, we think a baseline for their understanding of the QCA Code is that they have invested in their own copy of the Code Document from us. We track this as a “Verified Version” and to denote purchase we offer our trademarked QCA Code Badge for display on a company’s website or in their annual report.
Some companies state they follow the 2023 Code but have not bought a copy of the Code Document from us. In order to be clear which companies they are – and to be clear that we cannot vouch for these companies’ governance arrangements – we list them.
