The QCA Legal Committee prepared this briefing note that outlines draft amendments for MEPs to table for debate during the 'Trialogue' phase of the Prospectus Directive review.  In our note, we push for an amendment to be included that increases the fundraising threshold from 2.5m EURO to 10m EURO and that the porportionate disclosure regime be extended to multilateral trading facilities (MTFs) so that companies on AIM and PLUS-quoted can benefit from this concession.
