Everyone at the Quoted Companies Alliance was deeply saddened to hear of Brian Winterflood’s passing.
Brian was a founding member in 1992 of the organisation that became the QCA, serving as our president from 2010 to 2016 and remaining engaged with our work throughout. We were delighted to welcome him to our 30th Anniversary Dinner last year.
His great passion for smaller companies, wise counsel and humility leaves a lasting legacy, not least the AIM market whose creation he championed.
Brian will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with his former colleagues, his wife Doreen and all his family at this time.
His memorial service will be held on 21 September at St. Botolph without Bishopsgate. Further details can be found here.
