We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new QCA Director Growth Programme, an intensive two-day course meticulously designed to equip directors with the essential toolkit for success in the boardroom of growing companies.
This unique programme caters to first-time executive and non-executive directors, as well as seasoned directors eager to refresh their skills. The curriculum focuses on the unique boardroom opportunities and challenges facing directors of small and mid-cap companies trading on AIM, Aquis and the Main Market. However, it also offers insights to directors of companies considering using the PISCES platform – as well as those on the boards of private companies seeking to enhance their skills and governance.
Led by expert educators, the programme delivers exceptional value through practical knowledge, expert guidance, interactive discussions and tailored case studies that address the specific opportunities and challenges faced by directors in growth companies. The programme will equip participants with the confidence and competence to fulfil their responsibilities effectively from day one.
QCA Chief Executive, James Ashton, describes the programme as a “proud moment,” formalising the QCA’s expertise to improve talent for growth company boards. Programme Director Murray Steele highlights its unique focus on growth companies, providing a “toolkit to thrive.”
The programme takes place on October 7 and 8, in-person, at the London Stock Exchange, future dates will be announced soon. Places are limited to ensure personalised attention and optimal networking. QCA members benefit from a discounted rate.
The QCA Director Growth Programme is set to be a cornerstone for developing high-calibre directors, crucial for the future success of UK growth companies.
