At the QCA, our work is informed by the experiences and interests of those we are impacting.
As such, we have seven Expert Groups composed of over 150 experienced professionals drawn from our membership. They play a crucial role in shaping the QCA’s position on critical issues and often come together to collaborate on the development of the QCA’s boardroom guides.
Our Expert Groups have always been a huge asset to our organisation; their invaluable contributions of time and expertise are fundamental to our ability to effectively advocate for small and mid-sized quoted companies.
We have recently refreshed our Expert Groups. The Primary Markets and Secondary Markets Expert Groups have now merged into one Markets Expert Group.
We have also welcomed new leadership in three of our Expert Groups:
- Laura Nuttall takes over from Will Pomroy as Chair of our Corporate Governance Expert Group
- David Hicks is now Deputy Chair of the Corporate Governance Expert Group
- Jennifer Rudman succeeds Fiona Bell as Chair of our Share Schemes Expert Group
- Natalie Bell is appointed as Chair of our recently formed Investor Working Group
“Our Expert Groups are vital in guiding our policy stances and responses to government and regulatory consultations. I’m extremely grateful that Jennifer, David, Natalie and Laura have stepped up at such a busy time, and I’m confident they will ensure each group remains a lively forum for debate, informing the work we do at the QCA supporting growth companies.”
James AshtonCEO, Quoted Companies Alliance
We would like to extend a heartfelt thanks for the time and dedication of the outgoing Chairs, and look forward to working with the new Expert Group leadership as they guide our Expert Groups forward.
