Our Expert Groups are a vital part of our community. They provide exceptional insight and guidance on the most pressing issues for small and mid-sized quoted companies. We have a total of seven Expert Groups with different areas of speciality including: Corporate Governance; Accounting, Auditing and Financial Reporting; Legal; Primary Markets; Secondary Markets; Share Schemes and Tax.
We would like to extend a warm welcome to our new chairs and deputies of our Primary Markets, Secondary Markets and Share Schemes Expert Groups.
Samantha Harrison is the new Primary Markets Expert Group Chair. She is currently Director of Corporate Finance, Capital Markers at Grant Thornton LLP. Amber Wood is the new Secondary Markets Expert Group Deputy Chair. She is currently Head of Compliance at Cenkos Securities Plc. Jennifer Rudman, currently Industry Director of Share Plans at Equiniti is the new Deputy Chair for our Share Schemes Expert Group.
We are delighted to be announcing these new developments and look forward to the guidance and leadership these new appointments will bring.
