The Quoted Companies Alliance (QCA), the representative body for the UK’s small and mid-cap quoted companies, is delighted to announce that the QCA’s 2009 Annual Dinner will be sponsored by London Stock Exchange.

Xavier Rolet, the new Chief Executive of the Exchange, will be one of the evening’s speakers, giving him the opportunity to address the small and mid-cap sector about his plans for London Stock Exchange, and its continued support for the sector.

This event is taking place on Wednesday 16 September 2009 at The London Hilton on Park Lane.

John Pierce, QCA Chief Executive, comments, “We are very pleased to have the support of London Stock Exchange.  Operating one of the world’s largest and highly regarded growth markets, AIM, the Exchange is a natural sponsor for this prestigious small cap event.  Our 2009 Dinner is the perfect opportunity for smaller quoted companies and their advisors to hear first-hand about Xavier Rolet’s strategy for the Exchange and his plans for its markets, in particular AIM”.

Tracey Pierce, Head of Equity Primary Markets at London Stock Exchange Group comments, “We are delighted to partner with the QCA for this leading event in the public company calendar. This high-profile dinner will give senior representatives from the Exchange a further opportunity to hear from the small and mid-cap community about their experience of life on market, as well as updating the attending companies and advisors on the Exchange's latest initiatives.”
