Breakfast with Norman Broadbent (1 hr of CPD)

Free

Is it harder to hire effective non-executive directors than it used to be? What skills are lacking from your board? Where do you go for director training? How should non-executives be remunerated?

Join the Quoted Companies Alliance and the executive search firm Norman Broadbent to discuss the latest findings from our survey of UK non-executive directors.

At this breakfast event, hosted by Cavendish, gain insights into board recruitment, retention and reward to ensure an effective board.

With the UK and US elections, a poorly received Labour Budget, and Trump’s return to the White House, the geopolitical and economic landscape remains uncertain for UK PLC. Our survey captured perspectives on overall market sentiment, as well as NED recruitment challenges and remuneration—key factors influencing boardrooms today.

The panel will feature Tanya Gass, Partner at Norman Broadbent, Lisa Gordon Chair of Cavendish, Roger Lee, Head of Equity at Cavendish and  James Ashton, CEO at the QCA.

This event is for board directors  of quoted companies.
