Hanif has extensive governance advisory experience focusing primarily on board, committee, risk and assurance effectiveness reviews.  He has worked with a wide range of clients covering plcs (including AIM listed companies), private companies, subsidiaries, industry regulators and not-for-profit organisations.  He brings an excellent understanding of board culture and dynamics, risk and assurance, as well as board information and processes.  Hanif founded Board Alchemy in 2017 to deliver a select range of value-adding governance services to his clients. Hanif co-founded the Risk Coalition in 2018. The Risk Coalition is a network of not-for-profit professional bodies and membership organisations committed to raising the standards of risk management in the UK. He is/has been a non-executive at several organisations, including serving as chair and sitting on audit and risk committees.
