Roger Lewis

Roger is an internal champion (sometime activist) and external spokesperson for all sustainability, climate, stewardship and governance factors in private and listed equity, renewable energy and real estate. This means providing leadership and direction for integrating material sustainability factors to investments, active ownership, and achieving and reporting outcomes.
Roger has a wide network in sustainable finance, and speaks on panels and writes thought pieces on the subject.
Roger previously worked as Head of ESG at £50bn investment consultant River and Mercantile. Prior to this, Roger held an ESG role at the £45bn Aviva Investors Real Assets platform, which invests in property, infrastructure and private debt.
Nina Spencer
Founder and CEO, Addidat
Nina has extensive experience in C-suites roles, NED positions and independent board advisory roles.
Nina is an experienced consulting and fintech executive, having spent approximately 15 years at AIM-listed Alpha Financial Markets Consulting plc, a global provider of specialist consultancy services. This included the roles of Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive of Alpha Data Solutions.
Nina holds Non-Executive Director (NED) positions at LendInvest – an AIM-listed mortgage lending platform, Wilton & Bain – a private speciality executive search firm, CBRE Investment Management and 4-Most – an analytics consulting firm.
