Our Corporate Governance Expert Group has advised on our response to House of Lords Select Committee on the EU Sub-Committee – Call for Evidence – EU Women on Boards Proposals. We stressed that any imposition of quotas for women on boards would be premature and will fail to allow enough time for recent initiatives to increase board diversity to be fully realised.
