Our Corporate Governance Expert Group contributed to our response to the NAPF's Invitation to comment on the draft NAPF 2015 Corporate Governance Policy & Voting Guidelines. We welcomed the NAPF’s draft 2015 Corporate Governance Policy and Voting Guidelines, as they encourage a focus on long-term shareholders and long-term performance from companies, and commented on some of the sections of the guidelines.
