Our 30th Anniversary forum was held on Thursday 9th June 2022 in the city of London. Over 50 guests attended from across the small and mid-sized community to engage in topics related to the sector. The event was chaired by James Ashton, Financial Journalist and was held in collaboration with Allenby Capital and Winterflood Securities who were headline sponsors, and MM&K who were supporting sponsor.

For this year, we looked at three key areas that reflect the current trends and decisions that are being faced by small and mid-sized quoted companies.

We were delighted to welcome David Johnson, Director – Equity Research at Allenby Capital for a keynote speech entitled Review of the Markets. David took guests through an overview of the markets, referencing Allenby Capitals’s research into current market trends. Topics included:

  • Trends in AIM constituents

  • Additions & departures on AIM

  • Trading volumes & M&A activity
