Helen Hopkins, Client Technical Director, Share Plans, MUFG

Helen is Client Technical Director within the Share Plans team at MUFG Corporate Markets.  Helen has over 35 years’ experience in the share plan industry.  She joined MUFG (previously Link) in 2004 and has held several key roles within share plan operations, implementations and as a product specialist.

Helen is a Chartered Secretary, holds a Master of Research (MRes) in Management from Birkbeck, University of London and is a part-time lecturer for the CGI Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice with KCB.

Nick Clark, BSc(Hons) ARCS M.Phil, Chief Executive

Nick Clark was appointed Chief Executive of Aukett Swanke Group plc on 21 April 2023.

He previously joined the group board on 20 March 2023 following the acquisition of Torpedo Factory Group Ltd, where he served as Chief Executive. Nick founded that business in 1997 and grew it through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth.

Prior to founding TFG Nick studied physics at Imperial College graduating with a BSc Hons 2(i) followed by an MPhil in Microelectronic Engineering and Semiconductor Physics at the University of Cambridge.
