Charlie Crawshay
Deputy Director General, The Takeover Panel

Charlie Crawshay joined the Takeover Panel as a permanent Secretary in April 2001 having previously been on secondment for two years from 1998 to 2000. In April 2009, he was appointed as a Deputy Director General. He previously worked as a solicitor for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Travers Smith.
