We responded to the House of Commons BIS Committee Inquiry into Women in the Workplace, which examined the gender pay gap and to what extent Lord Davies' recommendations on women in boardroom have progressed. We highlighted that, in relation to gender diversity, the imposition of quotas will not deliver better corporate governance at the moment.
