Our Corporate Governance Expert Group has advised on our response to the Department for Business, Innovations and Skills' consultation on The Future of Narrative Reporting – A New Structure for Narrative Reporting in the UK. Overall, we noted that the changes proposed in the draft regulations are positive and should not add significant additional burden on small and mid-size quoted companies.
