Our Corporate Governance Expert Group advised on our response to BIS's call for views on corporate responsibility. We noted that we believe that some of the underlying assumptions regarding small and mid-size companies and corporate responsibility are flawed – in particular the general view that SMEs are not as responsible as larger companies.
