Our Legal and Corporate Finance Advisors Expert Groups contributed to our response to the ICAP Securities and Derivatives Exchange's consultation on its regulatory framework and changes to its admission requirements and corporate adviser rules. We broadly welcome and support the desire to provide greater clarity as regards suitability for admission and to make greater provision for investor protection so as to build investor confidence in the market, but noted some concerns with the detailed rule changes.
