Our Tax and Share Schemes Expert Groups have contributed to our response to the OTS Competitiveness review: initial thoughts and call for evidence. We supported the initiative by the Government and the Office of Tax Simplification to review and improve the UK’s tax administration for businesses and identified a few changes that would further reduce complexity and allow small and mid-size quoted companies to grow.
