Our Legal Expert Group contributed to our response to the Takeover Panel's consultation on asset valuations.
We were happy to endorse all of the proposed amendments to Rule 29 of the Takeover Code relating to asset valuations, as they reflected the evolution of current practice in recent years and provide a coherent framework for the rule.
