A working group made up of representatives from our Markets & Regualtions, Legal and Corporate Finance Expert Groups has advised on our response to the Takeover Panel's consultations on proft forecasts (PCP 2012/1) and companies subject to the code (PCP 2012/3). Overall, we agreed with the proposals in both consultations, but has some comments on a few technical points.
