The Quoted Companies Alliance Financial Reporting Committee has advised on our response to the Financial Reporting Council's Draft Plan & Budget 2012/13. Our response stated that there was not enough within the Draft Plan and Budget to encourage growth for the small and mid-size quoted companies. The response also included suggestions to ease the burden placed on small and mid-size quoted companies regarding financial reporting.
