Our Corporate Governance and Share Schemes Expert Groups advised on our response to the Financial Reporting Council's consultation on further changes to the UK Corporate Governance Code on remuneration, as suggested by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. We noted that we did not think that further changes to the UK Corporate Governance Code were necessary at the moment.
