The QCA Corporate Governance Committee responded to Financial Reporting Council's Consultation on the Revised UK Corporate Governance Code, which is the third consultation in its review of the Combined Code. The QCA argued that while we welcome the emphasis on behaviours rather than relying solely on revised structures and processes, the main body of the Code would benefit from being re-structured to be more outcome orientated.
